* AT 1123 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES      
  THAT 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA   
  SINCE 9 PM CDT. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTHERN OBION  
  COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST 1230 AM CDT RESULTING IN ANOTHER 1 TO 2
