CULPEPER COUNTY IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA * UNTIL 1030 PM EDT * AT 724 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER EASTERN CULPEPER COUNTY VIRGINIA.
