JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* AT 1149 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER BEAUMONT...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS ALREADY REPORTED WATER
COVERING STREETS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE INTO THE AREA...WHICH WILL LIKELY
