GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL GIVE WAY TO EVEN STRONGER NORTHWESTERLY
WINDS THIS AFTERNOON AFTER PASSAGE OF A PACIFIC COLD FRONT. WINDS
OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED THIS
AFTERNOON.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS
THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
