ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST /11 AM MST/ TODAY. 

A FRONT GOING THROUGH WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA IS EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE STRONG NORTHWEST WIND. THE GUSTY 25 TO 35 MPH WIND WILL
DIMINISH TO 20 TO 30 MPH BY NOON CST (11 AM MST). UNTIL
THEN...GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE ALSO EXPECTED.
