SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA WILL CAUSE STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS ACROSS SHERIDAN AND WESTERN CHERRY COUNTIES TONIGHT. ALTHOUGH THE SEVERE WEATHER ACROSS SOUTH DAKOTA IS NOT AN IMMEDIATE THREAT TO NEBRASKA...STRONG WINDS WILL GUST AS HIGH AS 60 MPH AT TIMES ACROSS THESE TWO COUNTIES IN NEBRASKA. WINDS WILL SUBSIDE ONCE THE STORMS PASS EAST OF THE AREA. A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.
