* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLAY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
  EFFINGHAM COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS.
  JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS.
  RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS.

* AT 120 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
