SWITZERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST INDIANA * UNTIL 200 AM EDT * AT 1241 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED 3 TO 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE 11 PM. * HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WITH ANOTHER INCH POSSIBLE THROUGH 130 AM EDT. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...ALLENSVILLE...
