  ELLIS COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 230 AM CST

* AT 1127 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS
  DETECTED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS THAT EXTENDED
  FROM GARLAND...TO 8 MILES SOUTH OF ENNIS...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 40 MPH. THESE STORMS ALONG WITH RUNOFF FROM PREVIOUS
  STORMS WILL RESULT IN CONTINUED FLASH FLOODING.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO   
  ENNIS...OVILLA...PALMER...DESOTO...FERRIS...AND DALLAS.

DALLAS COUNTIES...

AT 108 AM CST...THE RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS WHICH PROMPTED THE FLASH 
FLOOD WARNING HAD MOVED EAST AND OUT OF ELLIS AND DALLAS COUNTIES. 
HOWEVER...FLASH FLOODING CONTINUES IN THESE COUNTIES AND STREAMS AND 
CREEKS WILL BE SLOW TO FALL.
