REPORTED WIDESPREAD WATER PROBLEMS ACROSS SIOUX CITY. MANHOLE COVERS
HAVE BEEN REPORTED BLOWN OFF AND MANY ROADS ARE ALSO UNDER WATER.
MANY CARS HAVE BEEN REPORTED STALLED IN THE WATER AS WELL.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA ON TOP OF THE 2 TO 3 INCHES THAT HAS ALREADY FALLEN.
