A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTHWEST ONTARIO WILL MOVE QUICKLY OFF TO THE EAST. A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH OR FREQUENT GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
