AS A RESULT...VERY DRY AIR HAS SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 25 PERCENT OR LOWER WILL COMBINE WITH DRY FUEL MOISTURE THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL CREATE DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CHATTAHOOCHEE AND OCONEE NATIONAL FORESTS.
