* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERAL INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PROCTOR CREEK IN THE LAST FEW HOURS.

* FOR THE PROCTOR CREEK NEAR ATLANTA...
  MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
  THE LATEST STAGE WAS 10.8 FEET AT 951 AM MONDAY.
  FLOOD STAGE IS 11.0 FEET.
   THE FORECAST FOR THE PROCTOR CREEK NEAR ATLANTA... 
      THE CREEK WILL RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE AROUND 1000 AM.
