TRINITY COUNTY IN NORTHWEST CALIFORNIA...TO INCLUDE CARRVILLE... HIGHWAY 3 NORTH OF TRINITY LAKE...THE UPPER TRNINTY RIVER DRAINAGE ABOVE TRINITY LAKE...AND TRIBUTARIES OF THE UPPER TRINITY RIVER NORTH OF TRINITY LAKE. * UNTIL 1030 PM PDT * AT 946 PM PDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS FROM THE NATIONAL FOREST SERVICE REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. OVER THE LAST HOUR RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN THE WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR ARE OCCURING AND ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER THE NEXT HOUR IN THIS AREA.
