SOUTHERN CEDAR COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA... * UNTIL 915 PM CDT. * AT 816 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 21 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TIPTON...OR ABOUT 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF IOWA CITY...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR... 7 MILES SOUTH OF BENNETT BY 845 PM CDT...
