* UNTIL 845 PM MST

* AT 714 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR ELGIN...OR 
  ABOUT 13 MILES WEST OF SIERRA VISTA...MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH.

* THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER      
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY INCLUDING
  TURNERS RANCH

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS LIKE ROUTES 827 AND 779.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

SANTA CRUZ AND EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTIES...

AT 735 PM MST...RAINFALL HAS STARTED TO DIMINISH IN THE WARNED AREA 
WITH DOPPLER RADAR INDICATING LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN. RADAR ALSO 
INDICATED THAT BETWEEN ONE AND ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN FEEL 
BETWEEN 7 PM AND 730 PM. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAIN WILL 
CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS IN AND AROUND ELGIN AND 
CANELO INCLUDING COUNTRY ROADS LIKE ROUTES 827 AND 779.
