* AT 752 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER TUCSON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

SMALL STREAMS...SECONDARY ROADS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES WILL FLOOD
QUICKLY. DO NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED AREAS. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
