* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  PAWNEE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 915 AM CST

* AT 512 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF HEAVY RAIN COVERING OSAGE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES. 
  RAINFALL RATES NEAR THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH PER HOUR HAVE 
  BEEN NOTED ON RADAR.  THIS COMBINED WITH THE SATURATED CONDITIONS
  WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AREAS...SMALL CREEKS AND
  DRAINAGE DITCHES.

  THIS RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 9AM BEFORE DIMINISHING.
