THREATS FOR LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL EXIST AND A SEVERE TSTM WATCH MAY BECOME NECESSARY. WATER VAPOR LOOPS SHOW THAT THE STRONG UPPER LOW WAS MOVING SLOWLY EWD THROUGH NERN KS WITH AN ENHANCED JET STREAK CURVING NEWD THROUGH WRN MO.
