* AT 210 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.
* THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER
MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE SAN RAFAEL SWELL.
THIS STORM IS OVER AN AREA WITH SLICKROCK AND NARROW CANYONS. TRAVEL
IN THIS AREA WILL BE VERY DANGEROUS THIS AFTERNOON. A FLASH FLOOD
