* AT 545 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF 
BOULEVARD, OR ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF AGUA CALIENTE SPRINGS. THE 
STORM WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 MPH. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
