THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
PHELPS COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI.
* UNTIL 1130 AM CST.
* AT 518 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THIS LARGE BAND
OF RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO TRAIN OVER AREAS OF NORTHERN PHELPS COUNTY
THROUGH MUCH OF THE MORNING.
* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM
THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME
LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...ROLLA...
