  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  THIS TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED NEAR VERNON...OR 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAKE VESUVIUS...
  AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
