* AT 419 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  HEAVY RAINFALL FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR DURHAM.

 THE STORM PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE STORM WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE     
  INDICATED COUNTY.
