* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN MARICOPA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ARIZONA
  INCLUDING SEVEN SPRINGS RECREATIONAL AREA

* UNTIL 545 PM MST

* AT 345 PM MST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. RAIN     
  GAGES AND RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR IN   
  THE VICININTY OF THE CAVE CREEK COMPLEX BURN AREA. 

* AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE THE SEVEN SPRINGS WASH...THE CAVE CREEK WASH
  AND THE NEW RIVER WASH...OVER AND JUST SOUTH OF THE CAVE CREEK     
  COMPLEX BURN AREA.
