  SOUTHERN BUCKS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* AT 440 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  STORMS IN THIS LINE HAVE
  PRODUCED WIND GUSTS TO ABOUT 60 MPH IN BOTH HATBORO AND EXTON
  IN MONTGOMERY AND CHESTER COUNTIES. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
