THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL CONTINUE TO STRADDLE THE CECIL AND 
NEW CASTLE COUNTY AND THE STRONGEST PART OF THE STORM WILL PASS 
BETWEEN ELKTON AND MIDDLETOWN.
