  WESTERN QUEEN ANNES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 915 PM EDT

* AT 846 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CONTAINING WATERSPOUTS OVER CHESAPEAKE BAY. 
  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. AS THE STORM MOVES ONSHORE THE
  WATERSPOUTS SHOULD DISSIPATE RAPIDLY. HOWEVER, SOME WIND DAMAGE 
  COULD OCCUR FROM THE DISSIPATING WATERSPOUT.
