THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF READING

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT

* AT 723 PM EDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER PARTS OF EASTERN 
  BERKS COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO KUTZTOWN
  AND FLEETWOOD.

RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE UP TO 10 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER 
EASTERN BERKS COUNTY...AND THE RAIN IS CONTINUING. 

FLOODING IS REPORTED OR EXPECTED ALONG HAY CREEK...MANATAWNY CREEK 
...ALLEGHENY CREEK...MONOCACY CREEK...AND ALONG THE SCHUYLKILL 
RIVER.  PEOPLE LIVING IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO EVACUATE 
IF NECESSARY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE 
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS 
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
