  MERCER COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW JERSEY
  EASTERN MORRIS COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY
  SOMERSET COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 130 AM EDT

* AT 723 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING 
  ALONG A LINE FROM MERCER COUNTY NEAR THE DELAWARE RIVER NORTHEASTWARD 
  THROUGH SOMERSET COUNTY INTO MORRIS COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES UP
  TO 8 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN A FEW SPOTS, WITH 5 TO 6 INCHES
