* UNTIL 615 PM EDT

* AT 317 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF THE WARNING   
  AREA. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
