* AT 1148 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER MUCH OF NORTHERN 
  CHESTER COUNTY.

* VALLEY CREEK AT VALLEY FORGE WAS AT ABOUT 6.5 FEET AND IS EXPECTED
  TO RISE ABOVE THE FLOOD STAGE OF 7.0 FEET.  THIS IS IN THE AREA NEAR
