  WESTERN BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT

* AT 130 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
  FROM A PERSISTENT GROUP OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA,
  WITH A RAIN RATE OF ABOUT 3 INCHES PER HOUR, AND AN ESTIMATED RAIN
  TOTAL OF 2.5 TO 3.0 INCHES SINCE ABOUT NOON.
