* AT 409 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAINS FROM THUNDERSTORMS. THE HARDEST HIT AREAS WERE 
STEUBENVILLE AND RICHMOND IN NORTHERN JEFFERSON COUNTY OHIO AND THE 
WEIRTON AREA OF HANCOCK COUNTY AND NORTHERN BROOKE COUNTY WEST 
VIRGINIA.
