* AT 603 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINS IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WESTMORELAND
  COUNTY, APPROXIMATELY FROM LATROBE SOUTHWARD TO JUST NORTH OF
  DONEGAL, NEARLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN. WELTY RUN, NINEMILE
  RUN, AND LAUREL RUN ARE LIKELY TO GO OVER THEIR BANKS. OTHER
  STREAMS WILL ALSO BE RISING.
