STRONG WINDS MOVING IN BEHIND THE PRECIPITATION FROM THIS STORM SYSTEM ARE CREATING ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS ACROSS MUCH OF EASTERN WASHINGTON. THIS INCLUDES THE PALOUSE AND SPOKANE AREAS. A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES IN EXPOSED AREAS.
