NORTHERN AND CENTRAL BERGEN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY. * UNTIL 915 PM EDT. * AT 615 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THESE STORMS EXTENDED FROM WAYNE TO WYCKOFF TO RIVER VALE...AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR WITH THESE STORMS. * SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA.
