  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 17 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF FRANKLIN...OR ABOUT 8 MILES NORTH OF COLUMBIA...MOVING
  NORTH AT 35 MPH. THIS STORM HAS ALREADY PRODUCED DAMAGE NEAR
