  A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 10
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF RISING CITY...OR ABOUT 18 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  YORK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
