* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHARDSON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 529 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS IS LIKELY OVER THE WARNED
  AREA.  RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  OVER SOUTHERN RICHARDSON COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON AND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 
  INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO VERDON...  
  STELLA...SHUBERT...HUMBOLDT...FALLS CITY AND RULO.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL

THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WHICH WAS IN EFFECT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE 
THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS HAS DECREASED.  
HOWEVER...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA TONIGHT 
AND ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER KANSAS COULD MOVE BACK
