...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MST THIS MORNING...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MISSOULA HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MST THIS MORNING. 

WINDS BETWEEN BONNER AND MISSOULA THROUGH HELLGATE CANYON HAVE
PICKED UP FROM THE EAST 10 TO 15 MPH. THIS HAS BROUGHT THE WIND
CHILL DOWN DOWN AS LOW AS -25 DEGREES. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
