* AT 100 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR
  HAYESVILLE...MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH.

IN ADDITION TO THE TORNADO...THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL
OF 3/4 INCH OR LARGER AND DESTRUCTIVE OUTFLOW WINDS IN EXCESS OF 50
