THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GOODHUE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 1224 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE      
  HEAVIEST RAIN EXTENDED FROM ZUMBROTA TO KENYON.
  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING VERY SLOWLY EASTWARD. 

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...WANAMINGO.
   THE NORTH FORK OF THE ZUMBRO RIVER AT WANAMINGO IS EXPECTED TO 
   CREST ABOVE 20 FEET THIS AFTERNOON. FLOOD STAGE IS 18 FEET.
   SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS AROUND 
   ZUMBROTA...GOODHUE...WANAMINGO...AND KENYON MAY ALSO SEE SOME     
   FLOODING.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. 
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
