THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GOODHUE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 715 PM CDT SLOW MOVING HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS
  CONTINUED ACROSS MUCH OF GOODHUE COUNTY.  OTHER STORMS EXTENDED
  BACK WEST TOWARD OWATONNA...WHICH WILL ALSO PRODUCE MORE HEAVY
  RAINS IN GOODHUE COUNTY THIS EVENING. ESTIMATES FROM RADAR
  INDICATED THAT NEARLY 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE
  PAST 3 HOURS OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...GOODHUE...RED WING...
  WANAMINGO...WASTEDO AND WELCH.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
