AT 613 PM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT THE 
TORNADO THAT PROMPTED THE WARNING HAD WEAKENED AND NO LONGER 
APPEARED CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORNADOES. AS A RESULT...THE TORNADO 
WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. HOWEVER...THE STORM WILL STILL BE 
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SEVERE WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...MAINLY 
NEAR FORT DRUM.
