* AT 317 PM EDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR PORT ST
  LUCIE CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH 
  AND WILL MOVE TOWARD THE COAST AND MAY PRODUCE ANOTHER TORNADO.
