AS HURRICANE WILMA TRACKS NORTHEAST INTO THE ATLANTIC...A PERSISTENT 
RAINBAND EXTENDING FROM NORTHEAST OSCEOLA COUNTY...ACROSS NORTH 
BREVARD AND SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA COUNTIES WILL HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO 
PRODUCE ANOTHER 2 TO 4 INCHES OR MORE OF RAIN THROUGH EARLY 
AFTERNOON.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL FALLING ON SATURATED LAND WILL 
CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND 
UNDERPASSES...CAUSE RETENTION PONDS TO OVERFLOW INTO RESIDENTIAL 
AREAS AND POORLY DRAINING AREAS. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND 
FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING 
AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
