THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 1209 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER                  
  RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA.   
  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AMOUNTS BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN 
  SINCE 10 AM. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE 
  THROUGH 200 PM AGGRAVATING THE SITUATION. HOWEVER...THE HEAVIEST 
  RAIN IS GRADUALLY SHIFTING TO THE EAST.
