* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PRESIDIO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 656 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  SCATTERED SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS FROM NEAR SHAFTER TO PRESIDIO
  AND REDFORD...INCLUDING HIGHWAY 67. THESE STORMS WERE SLOW MOVING AND
  WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING. 

FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS... STREETS AND UNDERPASSES...LOW
WATER CROSSINGS... AND LOW LYING FARMLAND IS LIKELY. DO NOT DRIVE
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.

FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW
WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO ARROYOS... DRAWS... AND OTHER LOW LYING
