  NORTHEAST SIDE OF MOUNT STERLING...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

THE STORM WHICH PROMPTED THE WARNING HAS WEAKENED AND NO LONGER

REPORTED THAT THE TORNADO HAD DISSIPATED.
